  1. Eligibility:
    • Items purchased within the US are eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
    • International purchases can only be returned for an exchange.
  2. Timeframe:
    • If you wish to return any items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  3. Exchange Option:
    • Items can be exchanged for other items of equal or lesser value at no additional cost to you.  Customer needs to pay $15 for shipping.
    • If you able to bring the item back into our store, full store credit will be applied for your exchange without any additional cost.
  4. Refunds:
    • If you choose a refund, returned items are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
    • The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of company error.
  5. Reshipping Fee:
    • There is a $15.00 reshipping fee associated with returns.
    • This fee ensures we can continue providing free initial outgoing shipping to our customers.

    • Returns without a site entry or Return Form require authorization by a manager.

    • Allow 1-2 business days for returns to be processed in our warehouse.

    • Sending a return signifies your agreement to these terms.
  10. Refund Timeline:
    • Once authorized and processed, please allow one full billing cycle for your credit card refund.
